This is a beautiful, spacious Edwardian flat, lots of light from leaded windows, attractive wainscoating throughout, hardwood floors, tastefully furnished. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, and there is a singe guest bed in what is actually the dining room. There is also an aerobed available. I am a free-lance illustrator, so there is also a room for my studio/office. DSL internet. Bathroom has wonderful old clawfoot tub. There is a small but lovely glassed in back porch with southern exposure; a great place to sit and have breakfast, or enjoy the sun. The flat is on a quiet street that is near a lively commercial area with shops, restaurants, post office etc. (Hugo St. in the Inner Sunset district, if you know it.) It is only one block away from Golden Gate Park. Convenient public transportation is 1 block away. I am a 62 year old single female. I will be in Seattle from October through March. Would prefer minimum 3 month rental.
