I need to find a room mate for my roomie! I am moving in with my boyfriend and I want to help him find a cool replacement. Our home is located right next to a park and only a few minutes from downtown. We have a washer, dryer, big back yard, and garage. This is an ideal and affordable space for a SFSU student!Looking for a reliable and agreeable lady to rent a room near the intersection of 19th and Ortega.Location is fairly convenient - bus line 28 stops all along 19th, and both the L and N muni metro lines are about five blocks away. Average trip downtown takes only 30-40 minutes on public transportation. Unfortunately, there is not currently a consistent parking spot available.The nice young lady you will be living with occupies the living-room portion of the home, which is also the front room. She is agreeable, and responsible, and has no problem with someone going through her room to get out of the house at reasonable hours of the day. The room for rent is the bedroom. It's a decent size, certainly not cramped. (I've been using it both as a bedroom and a studio comfortably.) The door can be locked, and there is a closet in the room as well.

Wonderful room at 19th and Taraval. Perfect for SFSU student
Large bedroom with a large closet is available immediately with the rent prorated for the rest of the month OR April 1st. The apartment is right next to 19th and Taraval making transit very easy. There is the L, 28, 91 right on the corner. Safeway is a block and a half away as well as a produce market three or four blocks up the street which is amazing. You can get a bag full of veggies for half of what it would've cost at Safeway. Trader Joe's is a quick bus ride down 19th Ave as well. The kitchen is HUGE. Plenty of counter space if you love to cook. From the living room of this apartment you can see the ocean and it gets lots of light during the day. There is a living room and dining room that are very nice and relaxing. There is a giant tv in the living room with cable. The apartment is on the second floor and coin operated laundry is on the first floor in the garage. The apartment comes with a parking space and neither of the other roommates have a car so it's free game if you want to use it!
